What is Gyeonggi-do youth interview allowance?
This is a project run by Gyeonggi-do and the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, which is being implemented to reduce the burden of interview costs for young people and to help them actively search for jobs. In particular, from 2023, we increased the amount of support by increasing the number of interviews from 6 to 10, and for the convenience of application, we also added mobile applications that were only available on PC. In addition, interviews for part-time jobs of less than 30 hours a week and interviews for companies with business sites other than Gyeonggi-do are also included in the application.

The application qualifications are not difficult. As stated in the business name, young people who live in Gyeonggi-do and apply for job interviews meet the conditions.

Depending on the company, there are cases where the interview fee is directly paid, but the smaller the scale, the more places that do not support the interview fee separately. Such support from local governments should be further expanded to young people who must have had a lot of trouble preparing for employment.
