First, sweep the top in the direction of the arrow. Next, swipe down from the location of the icon at the top.
For smooth card registration, tap the NFC icon on the screen to turn it on. NFC has become the default mode.
Go to the Samsung Pay app. Click ‘Menu’ on the bottom right.
When you scroll down, if you have a mobile phone that supports the transportation card function, the ‘Transportation Card’ item will appear. Please press ‘Add transportation card’ on the screen.
A prepaid card that you use by adding money and a postpaid card that you pay later.
You can choose ‘T-money Transportation Card’ or ‘Cashbee Transportation Card’.
Postpaid cards are credit cards only and prepaid cards are credit/debit cards as well. Please note that mobile phone payments have a high fee of 6.0%.
I chose a prepaid transportation card. After selecting the card company that will replace the charge, set the charge amount.
After setting the recharge amount, click ‘Next’.
When the balance falls below a certain amount, the ‘auto recharge’ function automatically pays the amount you select, and the ‘recharge notification’ notifies you by displaying a notification on your mobile phone.
After agreeing to the Terms of Use, please click ‘Password’ below to make a payment.
Transportation card registration is complete. Please note that you may be able to apply for an income deduction for the amount of your transportation card.
Once a transportation card is registered, it can be used like a regular transportation card even if only NFC is turned on. You don’t have to launch the Samsung Pay app separately.
Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner and then click on ‘Refund Balance’.
Notice that refunds through your account may take longer than 3 days.
After entering the refund account number and owner, check the consent below. Click the ‘Next’ button to complete your refund.

Enter ‘Delete transportation card’ on the screen above. After selecting the reason for deletion, click ‘Delete’ to complete the deletion.
On the notification pop-up screen, you can turn NFC off or on, and change it to ‘Basic Mode’ or ‘Card Mode’. At this time, press and hold the NFC icon to enter the detailed setting screen.
Basic mode uses all NFC features, such as mobile payments and reading and writing NFC tags, in a way that enables two-way data communication with other NFC devices.
Card mode is a one-way communication mode in which an external device wirelessly connects to my NFC terminal. Only use mobile payment services such as transportation and credit cards using the NFC card function.
The default mode uses more battery than the card mode and also has heat issues, so if you only use Samsung Pay and transportation cards, it is better to set it to card mode.
