[Promotion] 2024 Seoul Youth Culture Pass
□ Business Overview
ㅇ Business purpose: Improve the cultural rights of young people and create a virtuous cycle ecosystem of consumption and creative activities in the field of culture and arts by expanding young people’s enjoyment of culture.
ㅇ Support target: Approximately 30,000 young people aged 20 to 23 living in Seoul
– (Age) 20 to 23 years old (Born between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2004)
– (Residence) Residence in Seoul based on resident registration/alien registration register as of application date
– (Income) 150% or less of median income based on out-of-pocket health insurance premiums. However, applicants applying more than once (applicants in 2023) must have 120% or less of median income.
ㅇ Support details: Payment of cultural vouchers (cards) worth 200,000 won per person per year that can be used to view performances and exhibitions
– (Fields of viewing) Performances (plays, musicals, classical music, opera, dance, Korean traditional music), exhibitions
– (How to view) Purchase tickets on the Seoul Youth Culture Pass website and then view.
– (Based on reservation) Use within 70,000 won per reservation
ㅇ Application procedure: Application (online) → Qualification confirmation/selection → Card issuance (non-face-to-face) → Use (payment)
ㅇ Application period: From the card issuance date until December 31, 2024

ㅇ Application reception: 2024. 3. 28. (Thursday) ~ 4. 17. (Wednesday)
ㅇ How to apply: Apply online at Youth All Information website (youth.seoul.go.kr/)
