After accessing the Government24 website, enter ‘Resident Registration’ in the search bar at the center of the main screen.
Then, one application service is searched like this. Click ‘Apply’ on the right side of the service.
Click here to apply for membership. For your reference, the non-member application is not used whenever possible because there are many restrictions when applying for civil complaints.
Log in with the convenient authentication or joint or financial certificate.
You will then be taken to the resident registration correction (cancellation) report input window. Here, select ‘Correction’ as the application category.
Next, enter your contact information, address, and relationship with the head of the household before Jeong Jeong.
For the correction classification, select ‘Change of householder’.
Enter the personal information of the applicant (relationship with the head of the household after correction, name, resident number).
Enter the household head confirmation information (before the change).

After entering the information of the head of household before the change (name, resident number), click the Confirm button shown below.
Next, we proceed with the authentication of the joint certificate of the head of the household before the change.

After checking the application details for the resident registration correction report, if there is no problem, click ‘Identity Confirmation’ shown below.
Then, the household head verification process is complete.
If you click on the ID verification button, the ID verification displayed on the household head verification window will change to ‘Confirm’.
If the confirmation of the head of household is completed, the processing status of the resident registration correction (cancellation) report will change from ‘Confirmation of householder [Not received]’ to ‘Processing’. If it is in this state, it means that the application for resident registration correction (cancellation) has been completed at the community center. Now all we have to do is wait for the change of head of household processing to complete.
