What is an energy voucher?
The Korean government supports energy-vulnerable groups with heating costs such as electricity, city gas, district heating, kerosene, briquettes, and LPG in the summer (July to September) and winter (October to April of the following year).

Pregnancy Women who are pregnant or less than 6 months after delivery
Patients with severe diseases, patients with rare diseases, patients with severe incurable diseases. People with serious diseases or severe incurable diseases according to the Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act.
A person who raises a child as a “mother” or “father” under Article 4 of the Single-Parent Family Support Act.

In winter, you can apply by selecting one of the “Fee Reduction “National Happiness Card”

Fee deduction is supported only if the deduction application and billing statement are billed (written) by the energy supplier by April 30, 2024.
National Happiness Card Households that mainly use kerosene, LPG, and briquettes (electricity and city gas can also be used) apply at the town, township, or dong, then purchase the National Happiness Card directly from a bank, etc.
