If you select the [Customer Center] menu at the top right of the homepage’s main screen, three ARS instructions will appear. Each is representative, financial service, and other. Comprehensive consultations are available from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. ARS usage rates are based on domestic rates, and landline calls are based on local rates. If there is a delay in connecting to your mobile phone, please leave your contact information and a representative will call you.

 

Next, let’s look at financial service ARS. Consultation hours are available from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, and the usage fee is the same as what I mentioned earlier. It costs 39 won per minute and VAT is excluded. You can use ARS by pressing number 1, or you can use ARS by pressing number 2.
