Cuchen free repair warranty period (paid/free)
If the warranty period has not elapsed, you can receive free repairs according to the criteria below for classification of paid repairs and free repairs. – In case of performance or functional failure that occurs during normal use within the quality warranty period

2. Paid repair
– When repairing a product whose quality warranty period has expired
