This time, I paid on TV to watch Transfer Love 2, but purchasing a ticket doesn’t mean I can watch it all.
Naver membership or basic plan had restrictions on watching original content or connecting to a TV.
There seem to be many people who are curious, so I will organize and share what I have found.

Q. Can I watch TVING original content (Transit Love 2, etc.) with Naver membership?
A. You can’t see it. TVING original content can only be viewed on the Basic or higher plan, so you must pay an additional fee to upgrade. (Basic 3,000 won, Standard 6,000 won, Premium 9,000 won added)
Q. Why can’t I connect to TVING TV?
A. If you cannot connect to the TV even though it is a smart TV, check the rate plan you are using.
The cheapest basic plan can only be viewed on PC and mobile, and cannot be viewed on TV.
Q. Is there any way to connect to a TV with the Basic plan?
A: Yes. You can use the Smart Share function.
Q. I connected to the TV, but can’t I watch live TV?
A. Currently, Tving real-time TV is only available on mobile and PC, and cannot be viewed on TV.
Q. Are the prices of Galaxy and iPhone the same?
A. Due to Apple App Store fees, the price of the iPhone is ‘Basic 9,000 won / Standard 12,500 won / 16,000 won’, which is more expensive than the Galaxy. Therefore, we recommend paying for the pass on a PC rather than using an iPhone device. (The ticket price for PC is the same as for Android (Galaxy), and you can view it on your iPhone after paying on your PC.)
Q. How many people can connect simultaneously?
A. Simultaneous viewing is divided into 1, 2, and 4 people depending on the plan.
In the case of Naver Membership or Basic, even if another person logs in while one person is watching, the video will not play. Likewise, 2 or 4 people can watch simultaneously. (Simultaneous viewing refers to the number of people watching in real time, and has nothing to do with device registration.)
Today, I looked into and summarized the questions I had about TV tickets. It felt very complicated compared to other OTT services.
To summarize, ‘iPhone users should purchase it on a PC because the price is different, TVing original content cannot be viewed with Naver Membership Plus, the basic pass cannot be viewed on TV, and real-time TV cannot be viewed on a TV screen. I think it would be good to refer to ‘points’ etc.
I bought the cheapest basic version, but I don’t want to pay for a paid upgrade just for Transfer Love 2, so I’m watching it on TV through Screen Share. (If you want to view it on a cell phone or computer, you can purchase the basic version.)
