In particular, it is more useful as it can resolve dormant account inquiry and cancellation at once.
Click My Account at a Glance, the first at the top of the account information integrated management service homepage. Banknotes, secondary financial institutions, securities companies, dormant deposits, and even insurance money can all be inquired.
Read the service use and personal information collection use agreement, third party provision agreement, and terms of use, check each agreement, and then click Move to the information input screen.
Enter your resident registration number and log in with a joint certificate or financial certificate. After that, additional authentication is completed with mobile phone authentication for identity verification.
Account details for each financial institution are searched, and the name of the financial institution, inactive account, and active account can be checked. If you click the Inquiry button in the detailed inquiry on the right, you can check the details and even cancel.
If you click Account Cancellation Balance Transfer Application in Details, you can check the account cancellation information and choose between account transfer or donation. Please note that account cancellation and balance transfer can be requested only if there has been no deposit/withdrawal transaction for more than 1 year or if the balance is less than KRW 500,000 among inactive accounts where 1 year has elapsed since maturity.
