💡 What is the Healthy Living Practice Subsidy?
This is a project that provides information so that people can know their health status, and rewards points based on the degree of improvement in individuals taking the lead in leading a healthy lifestyle. The pilot project is divided into a ‘prevention type’ targeting citizens in need of health care, and a ‘management type’ targeting patients registered in the primary care chronic disease management pilot project.
💡 Those eligible to participate in the Healthy Living Practice Support Fund
1. Preventive type: Citizens in need of health care among those aged 20 to 65 who have undergone a national health checkup hosted by the National Health Insurance Corporation
– Those with a body mass index of 25.0kg/m2 or more as a result of the national health checkup, blood pressure of 120 (systolic)/80 (diastolic) mmHg or more, or fasting blood sugar of 100 mg/dL or more.
2. Management type: Hypertension and diabetes patients registered in the primary care chronic disease management pilot project
