1. Healthy lifestyle practice support fund
The Healthy Living Practice Subsidy is a government support system that provides information so that you can actively practice your health and check your health status.
Additionally, points are awarded based on the degree to which your health improves by continuing to lead a healthy lifestyle.
In general, if you participate in disease management services, you can accumulate up to 80,000 points per year.

2. Support target
You can apply for a healthy living subsidy by selecting one of two types: health prevention type and health management type.
① Preventive type
Anyone between the ages of 20 and 64 who has undergone a national health checkup and is in need of health care can apply and receive up to 50,000 won.
·Those with a body mass index of 25.0 kg/m2 or higher and a blood pressure of 120 (systolic)/80 (diastolic) mmHg or higher based on the results of the national health examination
·Fasting blood sugar level over 100mg/dL
② Health management type
Patients with high blood pressure and diabetes registered in the primary care chronic disease management pilot project are eligible and can receive up to 60,000 won in support.

Patients with high blood pressure and diabetes must register separately and participate in the project only if they do not receive systematic management such as examination, prescription, and dietary improvement at a primary medical institution.

3. Areas available for application
The healthy living practice support fund varies depending on the pilot region.
It is said that approximately 590,000 patients with hypertension and diabetes are participating in the existing primary care chronic disease management pilot project in all regions (109 cities, counties, and districts).
For areas where you can apply, please check the prevention type and management type areas at the National Health Insurance Corporation before applying.
