Then, the charge inquiry screen will appear as shown in the picture above. On the left side of the screen you will see several menus.
If you look at the menus, do you see an item called High Pass in the middle? After clicking this, click the Unpaid Toll Payment Guide menu, and you will see the screen shown below.
You will be asked to check unpaid details and pay online on the Hi-Pass website. If you click the unpaid toll payment shortcut, you will be directed to the Hi-Pass website.

You must be logged in to view unpaid bills. If you have an account, you can just log in. If not, use a joint certificate or log in after registering as a member to view unpaid expressway toll charges.
