A check accident report via phone is a preliminary accident report. Therefore, in order to exercise your rights regarding a check, you must report the loss of the check and then visit the check issuance branch in person to report it to the head office.
If you do not know the check number, please visit the nearest branch and report the accident.
– You can check whether a preliminary accident has been reported by calling 1369 (KFTC) > 25# without an area code.
– After reporting an accident, please record the accident report registration number and the name of the counselor.
