How to register for Samsung Pay transportation card
If you have samsung pay installed, you can run it immediately, and if you do not have it, you can download it from the play store.
You don’t have to just find and turn on the app yourself, but Samsung Pay is always hidden at the bottom, so you can grab this part and pull it up to turn it on.
If you are unfamiliar with this method, you can run the Samsung Pay app directly.

It is the most commonly used simple payment service in Korea.
Existing Samsung Pay users do not need to register a new card, but first-time users must register the debit or credit card they want to use by following the link above.
If you have already registered, please follow the steps below.
When the Samsung Pay card registration is completed, the same picture as the physical card being used is displayed in the <Payment> tab of the main page.
Open the menu by selecting the <More> item with the three stick icons in the upper left corner.
The functions available through the app are listed. In the case of Samsung Pay transportation card registration that we want to do, if you look at the <Wallet> tab, you will see <Transportation card>.
Press <Transportation Card> to enter.
There are two ways to add a transportation card. The first is T-money and the second is Cashbee.
The only difference between the two is that the services or events conducted by each company are different, and you do not feel the difference when using it, so you can choose a transportation card that attracts your heart.
Currently, if the NFC function is turned off, a message appears saying <Turn NFC on to use a transportation card.> Just click <On>. This part will be described in more detail below.
<NFC is turned on.> is displayed, and a window appears asking you to register an app password.
It is a password used for payment and personal information protection, so you only need to write a 6-digit password that only you know.
A message appears saying <Loading transportation card option> and asking you to wait for a while.
At the end of this, you will have to choose from three options for payment methods: deferred payment, prepayment, and mobile phone payment.

Postpaid transportation card
The deferred payment transportation card is a method of billing the amount used by adding it to the credit card at a later date. Billing is done once a month, and commonly used cards such as Hyundai, Shinhan, KB Kookmin, Samsung, Hana, NH Nonghyup, Lotte, and BC are supported. It can be said that all major cards we use are supported.
The advantage of registering a postpaid transportation card is that there is no fee. However, the disadvantage is that it is difficult to control the monthly usage fee from the user’s point of view because it is included in the card price later.
prepaid transportation card
It is used by first recharging the balance with a check or credit card, and the amount of money used is withdrawn from the charged amount. Support card is the same as post-payment.
The advantage is that you can use it while checking the monthly transportation cost because it is charged in advance. The downside is the high fees. There are different fees for both credit and debit cards, and it varies from card to card.
mobile phone payment
Finally, you can pay in advance by including it in your mobile phone payment. It is literally included in the communication fee, and the fee is 6.0% based on T-money.
The advantage is that the payment is included in the smartphone fee, so it can be conveniently approached to those whose parents pay the communication fee instead. The disadvantage is the high fee of 6.0%.
Postpaid transportation card registration
If you do not have to pay by debit card or smartphone, it is most advantageous to use the Samsung Pay deferred payment transportation card.
You can select the card registered in your smartphone, or you can select and register a new card you have here.

If you have read all the terms and conditions, check <I agree to the terms and conditions below> to confirm.
After confirming the payment type and amount, please enter the <Password> below. The password is the registered card payment password.
If you enter 6 digits, it will automatically advance to the next one.
A message will appear saying <Adding transportation card>, please do not leave and wait for a while.
You will be informed of the name of “Additional completed” and which card to use, whether postpaid or prepaid. The one-time limit and payment date are indicated, so it would be good to read it.
Click <Done> to finish.
How to use Samsung Pay transportation card (How to turn on NFC)
I will tell you how to use it in practice.
First, you should always check whether the NFC function is turned on. Swipe down the top status bar to expand the functions you are currently using.
You will see <NFC> in the list. If this is grayed out, the feature is turned off.
Press to change to <Basic Mode>.

The screen doesn’t have to be on all the time. If only the NFC function is turned on, if the screen is turned off and you bring it to the transportation card terminal, the card will be stamped just like a general transportation card.

You can pay online with Namane Card. Only app payment through ISP/Paybook is possible. (Payment is not accepted.)
For online payment, authentication proceeds in the order of identity verification → card registration → payment use. (Members under the age of 14 can use after parental verification) Select payment by credit/debit card at the online shopping mall and then pay through the ISP/Paybook app .
