This is a collection of frequently asked questions related to army soldier recruitment.
※ We provide information so that the public can easily check the questions they have about recruiting army soldiers.
Please refer to the instructions below on how to reissue the Country Love Card.
❍ How to apply for reissue
– If you can apply for reissue by wire, send it to the same bank as the lost (damaged) card.
Available only when applying for reissue (Kookmin Bank 1588-1688, Industrial Bank of Korea 1588-2588)
ex) Lost People’s Country Love Card → People’s Country Love Card can be reissued by wire.
Lost National Love Card → Corporate Love Card cannot be reissued by wire.
– Apply for reissue online: Kookmin Bank, Industrial Bank of Korea available
· Kookmin Bank: Kookmin Card Company website (http://card.kbstar.com)
· Industrial Bank of Korea: Industrial Bank of Korea website (http://www.ibk.co.kr)
※ You can apply for card reissuance online, but since you can apply for card reissue after registering as a member on the card company website, we recommend reissuing by wire.
– Visit: Each bank branch and local military manpower office inspection site (recommended visit between 09:00 and 15:00)
· Bank branch: Takes about 4-7 days, received by registered mail
· Regional Military Manpower Administration (Bank Issuing Office in Military Service Examination Center): Immediate issuance
(Bank issuing offices within the Military Manpower Administration may not be open all the time, so inquire before visiting)
❍ Implementation of re-issuance work for enlisted units
– Army Training Center: Dispatched to branch office, if you apply on-site, you will receive it 3-4 days later during the training period.
– Army Division New Shift Corps, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force Command: Employees receive applications from the unit in batches and later mail them (in the case of KB, in person)
You can pick it up at the unit
☞ Re-issuance is not possible for those who do not have identification (resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, etc.)
