Before deleting your Netflix viewing history, it is a good idea to check what happens when you delete your search history.

Deletion can be done on both computers and smartphones, but the location and content of deletion methods using the web and Netflix apps are different.
1. Netflix Homepage Access the Netflix homepage and click the login button to enter your account information and log in.
2. Select the top profile from the profile account main page and click the account menu.
3. Check viewing history Select the profile whose viewing history you want to delete and click the Check viewing history button.
4. Deleting viewing history If you are curious about how to view your viewing history, you can check it by viewing the viewing history. You can delete them one by one from the viewing history list. TV programs that consist of multiple series can be deleted by hiding them as series. You can do it.
5. You can delete all Netflix content you are currently watching at once by deleting all viewing history and clicking Hide all at the bottom.
※ Once the viewing history is deleted, it cannot be restored, so if you need to download the viewing history before deleting it, click the Download All button to download it as a csv file, which can be opened in Excel.
※ When you delete your viewing history, the time and amount of time you watched will be reset, and your viewing history on TV, smartphone, and PC will be deleted at once.
This is not a method of deleting using the Netflix app in a similar way to PC.
1. Login Go to the Netflix homepage and log in.
2. Click the account menu. Click the three-line icon on the left and select account from the menu that appears.
3. Select the profile under Profile & Parental Control Settings at the bottom of the View Watch History button and click View Watch History.
4. Deleting viewing history Delete each item from the viewing history list or delete all using the Hide All (Delete) button. It can also be downloaded the same way as the PC version.
※ If you are unable to delete your viewing history, please update the app and try using it again.
This is a method of deleting usage history on a smartphone by using the Netflix app on Galaxy, iPhone/iPad. ※ If you delete it from your viewing history, it will also be deleted from the list of content you are watching.
1. Run the Netflix app Run the Netflix app installed on your smartphone and log in.
2. If you look at the content main page that ~ is watching, you can see a list of the content that ~ is watching. Click on the three dots icon at the bottom.
3. When you click the three delete dots on the line, buttons will appear at the bottom, and by deleting from the line, you will delete the content you are watching on the main screen.
※ Even if you delete the content you are watching, it will not be deleted from your viewing history. However, please note that if you delete it from your viewing history, the content you are watching on the main screen will also be deleted.
