If the due date is changed due to cesarean section, etc., a doctor’s opinion stating the date of surgery must be prepared to be recognized as the due date. If there is no opinion, the first due date received will be used as the standard.
Calculation of the number of family members including the fetus (direct blood relatives and spouses who have the same resident registration copy and health insurance)
※ Users must request services within the scope that does not exceed the service standard and contract contents.
※ Additional services such as care for other family members other than the mother and newborn or support for housework are not included in the voucher standard service, so service requests can be made only when additional services are purchased.
