Then, a page to select a card for which the number of times the password has been entered is displayed. Tap the card to clear the password error in the center of the page to select it, and click [Next] at the bottom.

Then, when the [Card password/cvc number error cancellation] page appears, enter the cvc number. Check the 3 digit number at the end of the signature line on the back of the card to clear the error and enter it in the cvc number field.
And if you click [Release Complete] at the bottom, the error cancellation of the number of times the password has been entered is immediately completed. The card is ready to use as soon as the input count over error is cleared!
If there is a situation where you have to apply for the error cancellation again because the number of times you enter the password is exceeded, you can request it again after 30 days from the completion of the cancellation of the password error on the Shinhan Card website and mobile phone app.

How to change your Shinhan Card password when you forget it
Press [My] in the left menu, and when the My Page menu appears on the right, scroll down to the bottom and enter [Manage My Card], the [Manage My Information] submenu.
