The safety management plan is to prevent safety accidents during construction work by discovering risk factors in the construction process and establishing and inducing a safety management plan suitable for the construction site.

Based on the 「Enforcement Decree of the Construction Technology Promotion Act」, the targets for establishing a safety management plan are as follows.
① Construction work for Class 1 and Class 2 facilities ② Construction work excavating more than 10 meters underground ③ Construction work using explosives (there is a facility within 20 meters or breeding livestock within 100 meters)
④ Construction of buildings with 10 or more floors and less than 16 floors ⑤ Remodeling or dismantling of buildings with 10 or more floors
⑥ Vertical extension type remodeling ⑦ Construction work using construction machines such as drilling machines, pile drivers, and tower cranes ⑧ Construction work using temporary structures ⑨ Other construction works
1) Construction works that the owner recognizes as particularly necessary for safety management 2) Among construction works specified by ordinance of the relevant local government, construction works that are recognized as particularly necessary for safety management by the head of the authorization/permission agency
The entity that prepares the plan is the construction company and the registered housing construction company, and the entity that submits the plan is the project owner or the head of the authorization/permission agency.
Based on the 「Enforcement Decree of the Construction Technology Promotion Act」, it must be submitted within 7 days from the date of notification to the construction company, etc.
