There are various ways to cash out L Points. Among them, the most representative method is “Live Mate” – “OK Cashback” –
Let’s learn about how to exchange and withdraw points in the “Hana Members” order.
1. Exchange L Points for Live Mate Points
First, download and install the LiveMate app and log in. After selecting the menu at the top, go to the “More” > “Exchange” menu and select “Exchange L.Point for Point Lee.” Enter the desired amount and click Exchange.
2. Exchange Livemate points for OK Cashback
Download and install the OK Cashback app and log in. Select the “Points Exchange” menu and then select “Inquiry” in “KB Pointly.” Enter the amount you wish to exchange in LiveMate and proceed with the exchange.
The one-time limit is up to 30,000 won, and if the amount to be exchanged exceeds 30,000 won, you can apply for exchange repeatedly.
3. Exchange and withdraw OK Cashback points to Hana Members
Now download and install the Hana Members app and log in. Click the menu and select “Convert Points” in the “Hana Money” section. Select “OK Cashback Points” to convert. Now, select “Deposit to My Account” from the “Hana Money” section again in the Hana Members menu. After confirming that it is the same as the converted OK Cashback points, enter the deposit amount and withdrawal will proceed.
Withdraw in cash
If you need cash, you can withdraw Lpoints as cash. Up to 500,000 won per month is possible. Simply select the “Cash Withdrawal” menu in the L Point app and enter the amount of points to be withdrawn and the withdrawal account. However, withdrawals can only be made to accounts made with Lotte Card. A 3% fee is charged for withdrawals.
Cash out at affiliated companies
If you want to use your L Points in more places, you can cash them out at affiliated companies. You can cash out at various places such as convenience stores, large supermarkets, and online shopping malls. If you select the “Affiliate Cashout” menu in the LPoint app and select the desired partner company, cashout will be made according to that company’s policy. However, caution is required as commissions and limited amounts that can be cashed may vary depending on the affiliate.
Please note that deposits can be made to a Hana Bank account, but deposits can also be made to other financial institutions.
Now, your L Points will be converted into cash in your account.
