※ NT340XLA, 345XLA, SM-W737, and W767 products are equipped with ARM CPU series and can only be upgraded through Windows Update.
(Installation using the installation assistant/Creating Windows 11 installation media/Windows 11 disk image (ISO) download method through the Microsoft site is not supported.)
① You need a PC with Windows 8.1 or higher and an Internet connection.
※ Windows 7 and 8 versions do not support creating a USB installation image due to MS security policy when running the MCT (MediaCreationTool) file.
② To create installation media, an empty USB storage device of at least 8GB is required. Data stored on the USB storage device will be deleted, so if you have any data, please back it up before proceeding.
③ To boot using a USB storage device, it must be formatted in FAT32 format.
3. When the download pops up in the upper right corner, click [Open] to run (MediaCreationTool).
※ If you do not specify a separate storage location when downloading, it will be saved in My PC → Download folder.
