There are documents required when starting a part-time job, getting a job, and receiving various subsidies. Among these, documents that are often found are copies of bank accounts and account opening confirmations. How can I get a copy of Kakao Bank’s bankbook and account opening confirmation without a paper bankbook? I’ll tell you from now on.
How to get a copy of Kakao Bank bankbook is simple. First, on the first screen of the app, select the bankbook you need a copy of. Next, click [Management] in the upper right corner, then select [Copy of Bankbook]. Finally, click [Save] to finish. A copy of the bankbook is saved as an image file on my cell phone.
You can use the account opening confirmation form when you need to prove the account you hold. If you are a Kakao Bank user, you can easily get an account opening confirmation from the app. Select [Customer Center] from the entire menu. Then, click [Certificate Issuance] and [Account Opening Confirmation] in order. Now, click [Next] to find out how to receive the account opening confirmation. You can get it in two ways:
1. Output to PC
First, let’s find out how to print to a PC.
Select [PC Print] as the issuance method, click [Next], and select the bankbook you want. Kakao Bank issues an account opening confirmation for all bank accounts. If you have selected a bankbook, click [Next] and then [OK]. The application for issuance of the account opening confirmation has been completed. Find [Customer Center] at the top of the Kakao Bank website (PC version). Click [My Certificate Issuance Details] under Customer Center and log in. After checking the status in My Certificate Issuance History, click [Print] to finish. Check the printed account opening confirmation.
2. Receive by mail
You may also receive an account opening confirmation by mail.
Select [Mail] as the issuance method. Do I need to enter the address to receive registered mail? Enter your address, then check postage and payment method. Finally, after selecting the desired account, click OK to complete the application! Please keep in mind that it may take up to 5 business days to receive your certificate.
