Additionally, service availability may be restricted between 23:50 and 00:10 daily. Use may be restricted during this time for reasons such as system inspection or regular maintenance, and transfers to other banks may be restricted depending on the service hours of the other bank.

How to report lost/stolen K Bank card
You can report card loss or theft by calling 1522-1000 24 hours a day, or through the K Bank app. In the K Bank app, go to [Menu > Check Card > Report/Cancel Lost Card].

If you report the loss of your card and apply for a reissue, you can cancel on the same day, but you cannot cancel from the next day. Therefore, even if you find your card again, you must receive a reissued card and use it.

When you reissue a card, the card number and expiration date will change, so if you were using simple payment or automatic transfer, you will need to register again. Because of this inconvenience, some people do not rush to report the loss even if they think the card has been lost. However, it may be stolen, so it is safer to report the loss quickly. Let’s consider getting a new card and using it and report it as soon as possible.
