Unreimbursed communication fee
When a wired/wireless service subscriber cancels (including number transfer cancellation), the usage fee is settled until the time of cancellation, but after the settlement, overpayment due to rate discount, etc., or advance payment such as deposit is not received.
If you have canceled or ported a cell phone or landline phone number, there may be unrefunded money that you do not know about, so please check it.
