Q. Is it possible to search outgoing call history?
A. Yes, you can view call history for the last 13 months including this month on the homepage/app. However, the details sent today are excluded.
Q. Is it possible to view call history only by myself?
A. In principle, only the person himself/herself can request a call log request. However, if an agent requests inquiry on behalf of the person, the agent’s power of attorney, seal certificate, and the holder’s ID are required.
Q. Is it possible to search the call history of the prepaid phone?
A. Yes, you can. General call history can be checked at SK Telecom branches, and call history for usage fee inquiry can be checked at SK Telecom branches/customer centers. Please visit us with the necessary documents.
Q. Is it possible to search for restricted caller ID numbers?
A. According to the Telecommunications Act, you can only inquire about the called number, and you cannot inquire about the received number.
Q. Is it possible to search the call history if it is lost, damaged or terminated?
A. Yes, you can search outgoing call history for the current month + 6 months for both call history for usage fee inquiry and general call history. However, if there is an exceptional reason such as loss of the mobile phone or suspension of use, SMS authentication is not possible, so there are restrictions on the period and type of call history as follows.

– Within the last 2 years, you can view general call history only for 2 months prior to the month of suspension.
