Paper (paper) cultural gift certificates cannot be used at Culture Land from this year.
In detail, paper cultural gift certificates issued since 2023 are not registered in Culture Land and can only be used on site.
Still, cultural gift certificates issued in 2022 can still be registered in Culture Land.
To sum up, what can be cashed now are mobile cultural gift certificates and paper cultural gift certificates issued in 2022.

If you do not use a little bit of PAYCO points, you have no choice but to proceed because it is automatically refunded.
To enter the Payco recharge screen, enter Paycople for the first time and enter Recharge from the My tab that is visible.
The charging screen will appear.
Here, we are cashing out Culture Land, so click on the Culture Land gift certificate in the first picture. (It is in the 7th column.)
Then, the Culture Land login screen will appear, so proceed to login.
I pre-charged 30000 culture cache as an example.
Let’s turn this into PAYCO points.
I changed 30,000 points, but strangely, I can see that it has been changed to 27,600 points.
Because Payco takes 8% commission.
That’s why 2400 points went out as a fee.
When charging is complete, 30000 Culture Cash points have now been changed to 27600 Payco points.
Now, it would be nice to be able to withdraw these PAYCO points right away, but if you do not use some of these points, you cannot withdraw.
So, let’s convert only 100 points to Naver Pay and convert the remaining 27500 points to cash.
To move to the conversion screen, click my on the right tab on the first page of PAYCO, and you will see the text ‘Conversion’.
Go to Export here and then click Naver Pay Point.
The minimum unit was 1 point in the past, but now 100 points is the minimum unit.
Enter 100 points and press the Convert to Naver Pay points button.
Then, the remaining 27500 points can be refunded.
To make a refund, click on the first screen – my – refund, and click Request refund next to the points available for refund.
If you have not set up a refund account, simply enter the account information you would like additional refunds to.
If you followed this process, you have successfully cashed out Culture Land Payco.
