To sign up, first log on to the PayPal site.

When you log in, you will see a screen like the one below. If you simply want to shop online, you can sign up for a personal account.
Click Sign Up for Free or Sign Up.

For purchases with PayPal, personal account for shopping purposes;
Receiving payments with PayPal is an account for business purposes.

Choose to accept payment for business and then…,
After you have made your selections, click Next.

Enter your frequently used email address.

Your email address is your account ID. The password is for PayPal only.

If possible, write your first and last name and address in English.
That way, you don’t have to write it down again later when shipping overseas, so it’s convenient.
The business name is your company name or your name.

The default currency is the dollar…

Select a type from your business description and enter your keywords.
Keywords are automatically completed when you type in Korean, so you can choose what you want.

Then the screen for entering personal information appears.
A passport or driver’s license is required as proof of identity.
I entered my driver’s license number.
I checked the business address is the same.


When you are done, you will see the screen below.

Then, as shown below, you will receive an email instructing you to activate your account sequentially with the email you registered.
Click ‘Yes, my email address is correct’.


Now, here’s how to link your bank account.
When you log in to PayPal with your email and password, the My Information screen appears.
Click Make Payment and Receive Payment in the upper left corner, and then click Banks and Cards.

Click New Bank Connection.

Then a window will appear where you can enter your bank account.
If you enter ‘Nonghyup’ in Korean, it comes out as a unit nonghyup and a central circuit as above.
Since my Nonghyup account is a local Nonghyup, I chose the unit Nonghyup (code number 12), but…

‘The information you entered is incorrect. Please check the information and try again.’

That’s right. Oddly enough, I had to choose the Central Association (code number 11).
For the account number, enter only numbers without -.
Then, select your ID card and enter your number,
After agreeing, click Connect.

then..,
It is said that the deposit will be made twice within 3-5 days.

When it comes to money…
It says waiting for confirmation.

If you click…
It comes out like this, and after 3 to 5 days, when the deposit is confirmed, click the red square to confirm the bank…,

Enter your PayPal deposit amount and click OK.

I still have to wait 3-5 days.
