Huportal new employee and family member registration information
Select sign up and agree to the family membership terms and conditions.
To verify the employee’s family, enter the employee’s employee number, name, and family relationship.
Please also enter personal information for family members.
After family membership registration is completed, approval from executives and employees is required to use the service.
*Cannot be used before approval
Once the employee logs in and approves family membership, family membership registration is completed.

How to approve family members
After executives and employees log in to the Hu Portal, they can approve family members in the My Hu Portal > Family Information Management tab.
New employee & rehired employee login
Please enter your employee number and Autoway password to log in.
After agreeing to the terms and conditions, you can enter your personal information and use the Hu Portal.
If you cannot log in to the Hyundai Motors Portal
It is often reported that Hyundai Motor Company employees are unable to log in to the Hi Portal.
In this case, it can be easily resolved by adjusting the security level.
Select Help – Internet Options from the top menu
Select the Security tab in the Internet Options window and select a custom level from the security level to apply.
Set it to low and click Save (Confirm).
To change settings, close all open Internet browsers, open a new browser, and log in to the Hyundai Motor Company Hue Portal.
