I am listening to lectures frequently while launching Class 101 + in Class 101 these days.
In the meantime, I saw a page in Class 101 that I could use the National Tomorrow Learning Card.
So I’m already listening to Class 101+, but I was wondering if I could apply for it.
I want to post it because I think it would be nice to summarize what I learned.
1.The National Tomorrow Learning Card?
The National Tomorrow Learning Card is a support card that has been integrated into the tomorrow learning card, which has been divided into unemployed / unemployed.
As the name “the people” suggests, all those who need vocational training, regardless of whether they are employed or their occupations, such as the unemployed, incumbents, special-form workers, and self-employed people (less than a certain income), can apply.
The previous Tomorrow Learning Card was implemented after announcing an implementation plan for integration in November 2019 as there were many areas that did not fit the reality, such as an increase in the number of special-type workers, self-employed people, and underemployed people.
2.Supported
In fact, although all citizens are eligible for support, it is burdensome for the government budget to provide 300 ~ 5 million won to all citizens. So, there is a condition that is excluded from the support for the National Tomorrow Learning Card.
⁇ Support for National Education Cards
Anyone over 75 years old.
– Self-employed with annual sales of more than 150 million won
– Workers with a monthly salary of more than 3 million won
– Monthly salary of more than 2 million won, employees of large companies under 45 years old

(In the case of enrolled students, college students who are within two years of graduation and high school students attending the final year are eligible to apply)
3. Supports.
Basically, it supports 3 million won and supports up to 5 million won. However, it does not just give 3 million won in cash and receive education.
General Participants: 45-85%
– Type I of the National Employment Support System, Type II of the National Employment Support System (Specific Class): 80 ~ 100%
– Type II of National Employment Support System (Cheong, middle-aged): 50 ~ 85%
– Recipients of work incentives: 72.5 ~ 92.5%
In other words, if I am a general participant and listen to a lecture worth 1 million won, my burden may be incurred from 150,000 won to 550,000 won. 2)
I have exhausted 3 million won, but there are also people who support me.
If you take care of those people,

– A person with a median income of 60% or less (200,000 won)
Those above can apply even if I have exhausted 3 million won, so I think you can apply when you need it.
3) Conditions for training.
If you are trained using the National Tomorrow Learning Card, there is another benefit. In order to spend money in the country, you have to pay a training subsidy of up to 116,000 won per month to those who meet certain conditions. The requirements are as follows.
– Unemployed people who take more than 140 hours of training courses
Insured persons working less than 15 hours a week.
