The Middle-aged Tomorrow Center provides professional employment and start-up support services free of charge to middle-aged retirees and prospective retirees aged 40 or older, from pre-retirement to post-retirement job search activities.

The Middle-aged Tomorrow Center is operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to support the middle-aged and older people’s job transfer and job-seeking activities in line with the new age and aging society.

The job change support service provides free employment and start-up support services to all retirees and prospective retirees who want to change jobs.
The target of participation is middle-aged retirees and retirees aged 40 or older, and the service can be provided for 6 months from the date of approval.
The services provided are as follows.
1. 1:1 customized job change support (re-employment) consulting
Professional consulting is assigned to conduct systematic analysis for each individual, and 1:1 counseling support for employment and entrepreneurship is provided. In addition, resume writing and interview coaching are provided.
2. Job search service
We actively discover recruiting companies and recommend suitable talents for the company. We also provide mid-level professional manpower pool operation and matching services.
3. Job search support service
You can take a photo for your resume for free, and you can use office equipment such as a PC, printer, copier, and fax machine for free by providing a space and a rest area for job hunting.
4. Job change support training program
Special lectures and re-leap programs are operated to strengthen reemployment capabilities. In addition, a job club is operated to provide a place for mutual information sharing and communication.
