After packing the goods to be shipped in a box and visiting the post office, you can immediately write an invoice and proceed with the reception at the window.

If you do not have a separate box, there are boxes of various sizes in the post office, so you can go to the post office and pack it. (Tape, scissors, etc. are free to use)
