On the first day of the Chuseok holiday, my family spent time at home making food for ancestral rites as we always did, but this time we decided to go to the charnel house where our grandparents’ ashes were kept. I always went to Jeonju during Chuseok because I knew for sure that there would be traffic when I visited the charnel house during Chuseok, but this time, for some reason, I ended up going on the day of Chuseok instead of Jeonju.
We visited the charnel house in the morning, but it was crowded with people. We left around 10 am, but it was after 12 pm and we were able to finish the visit around 1 pm. As a result, I couldn’t proceed with my schedule normally, so I just spent the remaining time in Suwon and found a motel to rest for a while.

There is a space in front of the counter where you can have a slush or coffee, and there is a sign posted so you can apply for rental items such as hair straighteners and chargers. There are candies next to each one for you to take.
This is the space you see as soon as you enter the room. I booked a standard room, but it felt a little cramped. There is an air purifier and computer under the TV, and there is also a telephone. You can see the bathroom right next to it and there is a small refrigerator underneath it. Unfortunately, the computer did not work, but when I looked at the outside, it said that it used an Intel Xeon CPU, so it seemed like it was at least 7 to 8 years old. Even if it works, there doesn’t seem to be anything I can do other than searching, and since I’m not here to use the computer, I decided to just skip it.
One large towel and three small towels are provided, as well as a few small cosmetics.
