경기도 생활장학금The Gyeonggi-do Youth Living Scholarship is funded by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance’s lottery fund, and selects 9,614 teenagers who are recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security, the legal next-highest class, or those with incomes below 100% of the median income and have difficulty making ends meet. Annual scholarships are provided to middle school students (out-of-school youth born in 2009-2011). 700,000 won, and 1 million won to high school students (out-of-school youth born between 2006 and 2008) in two installments in April and September.

Applications for the Gyeonggi-do Youth Living Scholarship can be made online using ‘Gyeonggi Civil Service 24 (https://gg24.gg.go.kr)’. If online application is difficult, you can apply by visiting the Administrative Welfare Center at your address.
