For children who receive support for childcare and preschool tuition, government support is not available for childcare facilities and kindergarten usage hours.

Child care service overlapping support time is not possible
* This applies only to changes in the operating hours of childcare facilities, and use at different times for personal reasons is not recognized.

In case of violation of user compliance, the service provider may restrict the use of the service for a certain period of time according to the usage restriction procedure.
* Even if the user does not request the service directly, if a situation arises in which the child care provider has no choice but to take care of a child who did not apply due to circumstances at home, the service provider will recommend the user to comply with the service. Each 2 recommendations is considered as 1 service request.
* However, if the deductible is paid, one cancellation will be deducted if it is a reason for usage restrictions.
When the following reasons arise, the service provider reports to the competent local government, and the competent local government may recover government subsidies and impose fines on child care service users depending on the severity of the case.
