How to cancel Yanolja hotel reservation

Due to a sudden change in travel itinerary, I had to cancel my hotel reservation. Enter the Yanolja app and enter the ‘MY Yanolja’ window at the bottom left.

I entered the reservation details window and clicked the reservation cancellation request at the bottom. As usual, the hotel reservation will be canceled here.
100% cancellation fee
However, there is at least 15 days left until the reservation date, but the cancellation fee is 100%, so I cannot get a single penny back.

I think this is a very frustrating situation for people who make a mistake in booking a room or change their travel itinerary like me. I thought I couldn’t solve it on my own, so I called customer service.
How to connect to an agent
First, go to ‘MY Yanolja’ at the bottom right and scroll down a bit. A window called Customer Center will appear. Yanolja’s customer center is open 365 days a year from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. the next day. A window to select KakaoTalk 1:1 inquiry and connection to a counselor appeared, but I chose to connect to a counselor because I thought it would be faster to resolve the issue over the phone.
When you click Connect to an Agent, a window will pop up allowing you to call the phone number. Yanolja Customer Center phone number is 02-1644-1346.
If you click on KakaoTalk 1:1 consultation, you will be taken to KakaoTalk.
When you call a representative, ARS will be processed and you will have to press the customer button to confirm whether you are a Yanolja company manager or a customer. After you are connected to a counselor, please authenticate the person who made the reservation and tell them the whole story.
The counselor said that hotel refunds are only possible through the customer center and that although it varies depending on the hotel’s regulations, a 100% refund is usually possible up to 7 days in advance. The refunded amount will be transferred to Kakao Pay and will take about 3 to 5 days. It was resolved so well.
