Electricity rate structure

The electricity bill structure we pay is as follows.

Base rate + electricity quantity fee + climate environment fee + fuel cost adjustment fee

The climate and environment fee is the cost of providing energy and includes RPS, ETS, and coal power generation reduction costs. The charging method is the unit price of the climate environmental fee x the amount of electricity used.

The fuel cost adjustment fee is a fee that reflects changes in fuel costs. The charging method is the adjusted fuel cost x the amount of electricity used.

Since the amount of electricity used is included in everything, reducing the amount of electricity used can reduce the overall electricity bill.
