How to issue
1. Go to NICE homepage through the link below.

2. Click on Education Certificate.

3. Click on School records (elementary, middle, and high school).

4. Click on Issue and select Member/Non-member application.

5. Click on School Search and select the education office of the area where the school belongs → Enter the school name and search.

How to save as PDF
1. Open the student record file you received from My Application History → Service Application History.
