1. Age of Civil Defense Training Targets
Information on the training targets, types, and times of civil defense training in 2024.
1st to 2nd year members: Must complete 4 hours of group training.
3rd to 4th year members: Must complete 1 hour of cyber training.
5th year members or more: Must complete 1 hour of cyber training.
Civil Defense Commander: Must complete 4 hours of group training. Technical Support Team: You must complete 4-8 hours of group training.
The 2024 Civil Defense Cyber Training target is members who have been in the Civil Defense for 3 years or more and are 40 years old (born in 1984), and they can complete the training through cyber training. Group training is conducted offline, and cyber training can be taken via PC and mobile.
2. Civil Defense Cyber Training
Civil Defense Cyber Training can be taken at the Civil Defense Cyber Training Center. Select the area of your registered address and take the training in order.
You only need to complete the training once out of 3 times a year. However, if you do not take the training within the given year, you may be subject to administrative action without just cause.

3. Civil Defense Cyber Education Answers
The evaluation of civil defense cyber education consists of a total of 20 questions, all of which are multiple choice questions. After completing the evaluation, you can proceed with the survey. After that, you can print out the civil defense cyber education completion certificate.

4. Penalty for Non-Completion of Civil Defense Education
Civil defense education is conducted until December 31st of each year, and if you do not complete it, you will be subject to administrative measures. According to the administrative measures, a penalty of 100,000 won will be imposed if you do not complete the education.
Police officers, active-duty soldiers, firefighters, reservists, students, etc. are exempt from civil defense education, so you can proceed with the administrative procedures on the Civil Defense Education and Training Exemption Site.
