1. After logging in to K-Bank (app), select the person icon at the bottom. 이베이스매뉴얼
Then select [Customer Center].
2. On the [Customer Center] screen, scroll down and select [Customer Support-Issue Certificate]!
3. If you select [Deposit-Passbook Copy] on the certificate issuance screen,
Your bankbooks are listed up and can be saved as a PDF document.
So far, the only way to print a copy of your bankbook is through the app!

2. On the customer support screen that appears, select [Issue Certificate – Print Passbook Copy].
