What is a building manager?

To receive a building register inspection (issuance)
① Click Application for issuance (view) of building register, etc./abstract at the bottom left of the Government 24 main screen
To view and obtain a building register
[500 won per building register issuance, 300 won per reading, 300 won for health, issuance (viewing) on the Internet is free]
② Click Apply in Civil Information and Application
Both members and non-members can issue and view building ledgers.
Still, it is recommended to use accredited authentication or log in to smoothly view and issue building ledgers.
③ Non-members can also apply for reading and issuing building ledgers.

④ Depending on the purpose of each person’s use, click after selecting Issuance or View of Building Register
To obtain a building register and access
⑤ Describe the location (address) of the building to be viewed and issued
⑥ Select General and Collective Building in the ledger category
– General: In the case of a single building even if the owner of a building is one or multiple
– Aggregation: When there are multiple owners of one building Ex) APT. Townhouses, multi-family houses, etc…
⑦ Select General / General / Whole milk from the type of large intestine
(1) Select General in Large intestine category
– Overall: Indicate all buildings in the lot number of the address you are applying for (if there are 2 or more buildings in 1 lot)
– General: Display only your building
(2) Select a set from the large intestine division
– Overall: Display all buildings in the region
– Heading: Dong mark in the lot
– Jeonyubu: Indicate the building/housing in the lot
⑧ Click Apply for Complaint
