Sejong the Great’s Tomb
This is the joint tomb of King Sejong, known as the greatest king in Korean history, and Queen Soheon of the Sim clan. The royal tomb is one of the tombs that best represents the royal tomb system of the Joseon Dynasty. There are two soul stones that indicate that it is a joint tomb, and there is a stone railing surrounding the mound, and the 12 stone pillars are engraved with the 12 zodiac signs. You can see various relics related to King Sejong’s achievements.

Pasaseong
Pasaseong is a fortress that is said to have been built during the reign of King Pasaseong, the 5th king of Silla during the Three Kingdoms Period, and many traces of it still remain today. The area around Pasaseong is not mountainous, so you can see the entire Yeoju area at a glance. It played a very important role geographically and militarily, and now it is a place where many people visit to see the beautiful sunset.

Hwanghaksan Arboretum
Hwanghaksan Arboretum is a space where nature and humans can communicate for those who love and cherish nature. It consists of 14 unique theme gardens and is a space where various plants grow naturally. It is recommended if you want to heal in nature.

Silleuksa Temple
Silleuksa Temple is a temple that preserves beautiful scenery and many relics and historic sites. There is a theory that it was founded by Wonhyo Daesa during the reign of King Jinpyeong of Silla, and it became a famous temple when Naong Seonsa passed away in the second year of King U of Goryeo (1376). It is a rare temple located on a riverside in Korea, and many tourists visit to see the beautiful natural scenery of the Namhangang River.
