Request a refund on the Google Play website
You can request a refund through Google Play if less than 48 hours have passed since purchasing an app or in-app. If you have purchased a movie, book or other content, you may be able to request a refund 48 hours after purchase1. Go to play.google.com. 2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner. 3. Click Payments & Subscriptions then Budget & Order History. 4. On the order you want to return, click Report a Problem. 5. Choose the option that best describes your situation. 6. Fill out the form and add a note that you want a refund. 7. Click Submit.
