Applying for the National Tomorrow Learning Card is simple. Go to the vocational training portal HRD-Net website, register as a member, log in, and apply by clicking the National Tomorrow Learning Card tab > Application for issuance > Apply button.
When registering as a member, mobile phone authentication, simple authentication, or public certificate authentication is required. The support amount for the Tomorrow Learning Card ranges from 3 million won to a maximum of 5 million won over a five-year period, and depending on the income standard, you can receive an additional 1 to 2 million won from 3 million won. 45-85% of training costs are government funded, so the out-of-pocket burden is very minimal.
Additionally, if you have an attendance rate of 80% or more during the training period and meet the training incentive payment requirements below, you can receive a training incentive of up to 116,000 won per month.
Anyone (with some exceptions) can apply for and receive support for the Tomorrow Learning Card, including young job seekers, those currently employed, and those seeking reemployment. (Eligible to apply for issuance starting from the 3rd year of university.)
However, current public officials, private school faculty and staff, people over 75 years of age, college students with more than 2 years of study remaining until graduation, self-employed people with annual sales of 150 million won or more, special workers with monthly wages of 3 million won or more, and monthly wages of 3 million won or more. Those who are above the age of 45 but are employed at large-scale corporations are excluded from application.
After receiving the Tomorrow Learning Card, you can go to the National Tomorrow Learning Card tab at the top of the vocational training portal HRD-Net homepage > Search Training Course (Course Registration) tab to find and check the training course (use) and even apply.
To use the Tomorrow Learning Card, select the training course you want from the National Tomorrow Learning Card tab at the top of the HRD-Net homepage > Find Training Course (Course Application) tab, call the relevant academy, and tell them that you want to take the class with the Tomorrow Learning Card. and guidance are available.
