The Supreme Court My Case Search Inquiry Service has two methods: searching by case number and searching by public certificate. If you do not know the case number, you can search by the delivery fee payment number.

My Case Search Search Method
1. Search by Case Number
After selecting the court, enter the case year and case type in order. Then, enter the case number and the names of the parties in the lawsuit, and then enter the number on the left in the anti-automatic input field. Finally, click Search to search for information related to the case number.

2. Search by Public Certificate
After selecting the Search by Public Certificate item, install the security program according to the instructions. Then, enter your resident registration number and click Verify Certificate. When the Public Certificate window opens, select the certificate, enter the password, and then you can search for information related to your case.
