When registering birth, you must enter your domicile. The domicile is called the place of registration, and the domicile and the place of registration have the same meaning. Additionally, the father or mother can freely determine the domicile (place of registration) indicated when reporting origin.

Domicile and place of registration have the same meaning, but are different from resident registration. Resident registration place refers to the place of residence where you are registered as a resident.
