There are rumors that drones can film the inside of a vehicle during a highway violation to find out whether there are actually more than six people in it, but this is not true and the police are not allowed to film the inside of the vehicle due to privacy concerns.
In case of violating the bus lane due to unavoidable reasons, if you submit a statement of opinion if you received a notice of fact and an application for objection along with supporting documents if you received a penalty notice, you can receive an exemption from imposing a fine after reviewing the details of your objection.
Exemption from fines for bus-only lanes includes cases where the car is stolen or for investigation of other urgent incidents/accidents.
If there is a reasonable reason to admit that the reason is unavoidable, the penalty can be waived only when the documents proving it are submitted.
