A health certificate (health examination result) must be issued for occupations such as food hygiene workers, restaurants, entertainment establishments, and coffee vending machines. In order to obtain a health certificate, a few simple tests are required, so you can visit a public health center or hospital and receive a test. Here, you can check and issue a health certificate at any public health center or hospital regardless of your address on your resident registration. Business owners who engage in related occupations or engage in business without the issuance of health certificates may be subject to administrative disposition.

The health certificate is valid for one year from the date of examination. 6 months from the date of application for school group catering workers, 3 months for entertainment businesses.

Not all hospitals and clinics can issue health certificates, so if you inquire at the local public health center and ask for a hospital that can issue health certificates, they will kindly inform you. Also, if you access the homepage of the local public health center and search for ‘health certificate’, you can check the list of hospitals that can issue health certificates.

How to issue a health certificate after inspection

3) Issued at the unmanned civil application issuance window (Issued with resident registration number or receipt number)
