1. How to measure KT Internet speed – KT Internet Customer Support
KT Internet speed can be measured for free through a speed test provided by KT Customer Center. Please access the service site through the link below.

▲When you access the KT Internet speed measurement service site through the link above, please check the three Internet line services provided to you – mega speed, gigaspeed, and 10G speed – and select the appropriate option.

▲The KT Internet speed measurement service can be used to measure speed in four areas: download speed, upload speed, response speed, and route tracking. In my case, I am using 100M internet, and the results seem to be roughly similar.
Precautions for measuring KT internet speed
There are a few things to keep in mind when measuring KT Internet speed. Please be sure to read the precautions.
For gigabit tests, we provide speed measurement services by changing the window size to optimize the server.
In the case of general speed tests (100M or less), you can measure the speed after registering as a KT member even without using KT Internet service.
Internet measurement speed may be affected during busy times and when there are many terminals in use.
Voice guidance service is provided when measuring speed, but support may not be available depending on speaker specifications.
KT internet speed measurement recommended specifications
Operating system: Windows 7 or higher / Mac OS supported
Browser: Explorer 10 or higher / Chrome / Safari / Firefox
In the case of Windows XP, measurement may not be possible due to discontinuation of support for the operating system.
In the case of Windows 8, speed can be measured using desktop mode.
