Cuchen – Free repair – Paid repair – Classification criteria
The warranty period for each product is as follows. (The warranty period is calculated based on the date of purchase, and confirmation of the date of purchase is based on the date on the product warranty (purchase receipt).

Category Warranty Period Related Products
General product 1 year
All products except fans, heaters, and seasonal products
Seasonal products 2 years
Fan, heater
In addition, if the product warranty is lost, the warranty period is calculated by adding 3 months based on the date of production and applying the date of purchase, taking into account the distribution period. Additionally, the warranty period may be shorter than the table above. For example, if a general household product is used in a place of business or is not in a normal usage environment, such as mounted on a vehicle or ship, the warranty period is shortened, and the warranty period is not applied when purchasing a used product (purchased over the counter or counterfeit).
