Fine for non-payment of high pass
Most of the reasons for non-payment of high pass are communication problems. It is a case in which the card is properly inserted into the hi-pass terminal in the car, but a failure occurs due to unknown reasons. In my case, the high-pass terminal attached to the vehicle fell and did not receive a normal signal when passing the toll gate. When I reattached it, it was recognized normally.
In case of non-payment of high pass, fines up to 10 times will be charged.
Of course, you need to be aware that you will not be charged for the first non-payment, but will be charged after 20 non-payments.
Because 20 may be a small number, but for people who do frequent highway traffic, it can exceed 20 in a few days.

– RF-type hi-pass terminals are recognized well even when placed in a console box.
3. Check the tinting material
– In the case of a reflective film that reduces the amount of sunlight transmitted in summer, errors may occur due to poor high-pass communication.
– In this case, it is recommended to change the location of the Hi-Pass terminal based on the passenger car.
– If the front is a reflective film and the back is a regular film, the high-pass terminal is installed on the rear window of the vehicle for better recognition.
